This guide explains everything you need to know about ordering, subscription billing, shipping, and delivery. If you have any questions, our customer support team is always happy to help.

Subscription Billing

When you subscribe to WAKUWAKU JAPAN BOX, your first payment is processed immediately when you complete your purchase.

Future subscription payments are automatically charged on your renewal date. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal so you'll always know when your next payment will be processed.

There is no long-term commitment. You may pause, restart, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal through your customer account.

  4. Your Box Ships from Japan
    Once your order is ready, we'll ship it directly from Japan using a reliable international shipping service.
  5. Track Your Delivery
    You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping from Japan

Every WAKUWAKU JAPAN BOX is carefully packed and shipped directly from Japan.

We work with trusted Japanese manufacturers to select authentic snacks and seasonal treats. Every box is prepared with great care before it begins its journey to your home.

To provide the safest and most reliable delivery service, shipping carriers may vary depending on your destination country.

Shipping Countries

WAKUWAKU JAPAN BOX ships directly from Japan to many countries around the world, including most European Union member states, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and many countries across Asia.

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at office@wakuwakujapanbox.com. We'll be happy to check whether shipping is available to your location.

Order Processing

Every WAKUWAKU JAPAN BOX is carefully prepared after your order is received. Because many of our products are seasonal or limited edition, each box is assembled specifically for its monthly shipping cycle.

  • Orders placed during the month are generally finalized at the end of that month.
  • Boxes are usually shipped around the middle of the following month.
  • Preparation times may vary depending on seasonal products and product availability.

Our team carefully inspects and packs every box to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • European Union: Approximately 2–4 weeks
  • United Kingdom: Approximately 2–4 weeks
  • United States & Canada: Approximately 2–4 weeks
  • Australia & New Zealand: Approximately 2–4 weeks
  • Asia: Approximately 1–3 weeks

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only. International shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or local postal services.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for international shipments.

Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

Once your package has been shipped, we'll send you another email with your tracking number and shipping information.

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves Japan, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until it arrives at your delivery address.

Please note that tracking updates may temporarily pause while your package is:

  • In international transit
  • Being processed by customs
  • Waiting to be scanned by your local postal service

This is completely normal for international deliveries.

If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at office@wakuwakujapanbox.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at office@wakuwakujapanbox.com.

We can only update your shipping address before your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately, once your package has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated during checkout.

No additional shipping charges will be requested after your purchase except in special circumstances, such as reshipping a returned package due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the shipment.

Customs, VAT & Import Taxes

Depending on your country's import regulations, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), import taxes, or customs handling fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not controlled by WAKUWAKU JAPAN BOX.

If VAT or customs duties are collected during checkout, they will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Otherwise, your local customs office may request payment before your package can be delivered.

Delivery Delays

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Local postal service delays

These situations are outside our control and may affect delivery times.

If your shipment appears unusually delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly help investigate the status of your package.

Returned Packages

Packages may be returned to Japan for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refused delivery
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Other recipient-related reasons

Once the returned package arrives back in Japan, we can arrange reshipment upon request. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.
