How Our Subscription Works
When you subscribe to WAKUWAKU JAPAN BOX, you'll receive one carefully curated box of authentic Japanese snacks during each subscription cycle.
Every month's box contains a different selection of seasonal treats, regional specialties, and popular Japanese snacks.
Your subscription renews automatically until you choose to pause or cancel it.
There is no minimum subscription period, and you may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Subscription Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews according to the billing cycle selected when you placed your order.
Before each renewal, we'll send you a reminder email so you'll know when your next payment will be processed.
Unless your subscription is paused or cancelled before the renewal date, your payment will be processed automatically using your selected payment method.
Billing
Your first payment is processed immediately when you place your subscription order.
Future payments are charged automatically on each renewal date using the payment method saved to your account.
If your payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account.
From your account, you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Restart your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Change your billing information
- View your subscription history

Pausing or Cancelling Your Subscription
We believe that flexibility is important.
There is no minimum subscription period, and you may pause or cancel your subscription whenever you wish.
To avoid being charged for your next subscription cycle, please pause or cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.
If your payment has already been processed, your upcoming order will continue to be prepared and shipped as scheduled, and the cancellation will take effect from the following renewal cycle.
Restarting Your Subscription
You're always welcome back.
If you've paused or cancelled your subscription, you can restart it at any time through your customer account.
Once your subscription has been reactivated, your next renewal and shipment will follow your updated subscription schedule.
Updating Your Payment Information
You may update your payment method or billing information whenever necessary through your customer account.
If a payment cannot be processed successfully, we'll notify you by email and ask you to update your payment information.
Your subscription may remain on hold until a successful payment has been completed.
Failed Payments

- Boxes are usually shipped around the middle of the following month.
- Delivery times vary depending on your destination country.
Because many snacks are seasonal or available only for a limited time, shipping schedules may occasionally change due to product availability or production schedules.
Price Changes
From time to time, subscription prices may change due to factors such as shipping costs, product sourcing, exchange rates, or operational expenses.
If the subscription price changes, we'll notify you in advance before the new price takes effect.
You'll always have the opportunity to pause or cancel your subscription before your next renewal if you do not wish to continue under the updated pricing.
Subscription Products
Every WAKUWAKU JAPAN BOX is carefully curated by our team in Japan.
Because we feature seasonal products, regional specialties, and limited-edition snacks, the contents of each box change every month.
While we always strive to include the products originally planned for each shipment, certain items may occasionally become unavailable due to limited production or supplier circumstances.
If this happens, we'll replace the unavailable item with another carefully selected Japanese snack of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and excitement of your box.

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, subscription features, business operations, or applicable laws.
